You have super powers . . . you can change families’ lives.
You may not be able to leap a tall building is a single bound, but YOU prevent injures to children.
YOU develop student leaders.
YOU inspire students to continue their education.
When you Accelerate Your Commitment to Children . . .
- You provide grants to our Kiwanis and Service Leadership clubs so they can host service projects that make their communities safer;
- You provide grants to our partner hospitals allowing them to reach out to their communities with educational materials, safety equipment and information on childhood trauma prevention;
- You provide approximately $40,000 annually for the training of our Service Leadership students, ensuring they receive the necessary training to become effective leaders; and
- You provide more than $100,000 annually in scholarships to members of Circle K, Key Club and KIWIN’S, nurturing the next generation of Kiwanis leaders.
You don’t need to be bitten by a spider or zapped with gamma rays. You have the power within to become a Kiwanis Hero. How will you use your powers to Accelerate Your Commitment to Children?
